Cheryl Panther, CPA/PFS, ADFA/CDFA


​Cheryl is a Certified Public Accountant, TN Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator, and a registered investment adviser (Tennessee). She provides divorce financial consulting services and traditional financial planning as a CPA financial planner. Cheryl executes a variety of specialized divorce financial services for clients and attorneys, including support as a neutral financial and tax professional in Collaborative Divorce and divorce mediation. Cheryl has engaged in a variety of training programs for Collaborative Divorce, mediation, and financial and taxation topics. She has been on the board of directors for her practice group, the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance for three years and has agreed to continue her board involvement through 2021. 


Julia A. McAninch, Psy.D.


Julia is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Collaborative Divorce Coach, and President of McAninch Psychological & Consulting Services, PLLC.  She was a founding member of her practice group, the Middle TN Collaborative Alliance, and is currently the President. Julia was the first Coach to serve on a Collaborative Divorce case in Middle TN and has continued to advance collaborative practice in her community.  Julia is a graduate of the inaugural IACP Leadership Academy and currently serves on the Training Advisory Committee. 

Benjamin Papa, JD, M.Div.


Ben is an Attorney-Mediator who earned a B.A. in psychology from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctor from Ohio State University and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt Divinity School. He has completed numerous training programs in family law, divorce mediation, and Collaborative Divorce. Ben was the Founding President of his Collaborative Divorce practice group, the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance (MTCA) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Miriam's Promise Adoption Agency.
